We’re happy to provide you with information on places to host your next on campus event – including reserving the Blue and Gold Rooms, located on the 3rd floor of BCE! We recommend reviewing our recruiting and academic calendar before choosing a date, to ensure there are no conflicts.
Blue Room (in BCE): U-Shape default configuration (30 ppl)
Gold Room (in BCE): Lecture default configuration (50 ppl)
To Reserve the Blue and/or Gold Room in BCE
- Check availability on this calendar (3 weeks advanced registration needed)
- Complete this form to request your room/time (available Mondays – Thursdays, 12pm, 4pm, or 6pm)
- Post your event in Handshake (invoices sent through Handshake, so this step is mandatory)

- Cost for rental: $650 one room; $1,000 both rooms. Additional charges may be applied for custom room set up or additional time requests.

All cancellations are subject to a $100 cancellation fee

Cancellations made 2 to 3 weeks before the event will receive a 50% refund

Cancellations made within 2 weeks of the event are non-refundable.
